The Santa Catalina tourism chamber describes the route as Albrook terminal in Panama City → Soná → Santa Catalina, with a change to a local bus in Soná. Its published planning estimate is 8–10 hours, including the journey and connections; it is not a guaranteed arrival time.

Bambuda’s official transport page offers shuttle-booking assistance from Panama City. That is a published arrangement, not a verified schedule or seat. Ask whether the service is shared or private and request pickup, full price, luggage terms and the final drop-off in writing.

For an independent quote, send your date, starting address, passengers, luggage and surfboards to the provider you select. If you start at the airport, specify that pickup rather than assuming a city departure includes it. A transfer to Santa Catalina may still leave a final leg to an isolated property.
